Bypass Filtration System

Reiner’s bypass oil filtration technology was designed to significantly reduce oil maintenance costs and extend equipment life in hard working engines and hydraulic systems. Using our high efficiency filtration system has been proven to safely extend the life of your equipment’s oil while increasing the time between overhauls.

 

Most engine wear is caused by particles between 5-15  microns, however the industry standard of OEM full-flow filters only performs efficiently at 15-40 microns. The Reiner Bypass Filtration System captures particles as small as 1 micron which significantly extends oil drain intervals and engine life.

Filter Housing

The Reiner filter consists of a high-quality, anodized aluminum housing with heat-dissipating cooling fins which can significantly reduce oil temperatures.

The heart of the Reiner filter is a newly developed high-performance cellulose media with both radial and axial filtration.
